The clinic focuses not only on providing high-quality, specialized care for individuals living with CMT but also on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Additionally, the team at PSH connects patients and families with available services and community resources as needed, ensuring they have the support and guidance they need to navigate life with CMT.
