Please join us (in person) for the Jacksonville, FL CMTA Branch meeting on Saturday, December 13th at 9 am Eastern Time. We will meet at the Cannaday Building Room 1106. The address is 4500 San Pablo Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32224. During our meeting, we will welcome guest speaker Edward T. Haupt, M.D. Dr. Haupt specializes in orthopedic ankle surgery and is very familiar with CMT. Dr. Haupt will share his expertise with us, discuss the benefits of foot surgery for those who live with CMT, and answer your questions.

This will be a very informative meeting. It will be a great time to meet others living with CMT. We would love for you to join us – all are welcome.
