Northern Alabama and Central Tennessee CMTA Branch Meeting

Please join us (virtually) for a joint Northern Alabama and Central Tennessee CMTA Branch meeting on Thursday, May 28th at 6:30 pm CST with guest speaker, Julie Stone. Julie is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, adaptive fitness coach, and lives with CMT 2A. She will join us to share her personal CMT story. Julie strives to stay active and to let CMT empower her. She will share her journey of staying active with CMT, including the role that leg braces have played in helping her continue doing the things she loves. This will be a great time to meet others living with CMT. We would love for you to join us – all are welcome!
