Erin Weierbach | She/Her/Hers
Erin supports CMTA’s youth and community programs with a focus on inclusion, advocacy, and connection. She specializes in bridging the gap between youth service systems and communities, empowering young people with disabilities and their families to use their voices, share their lived experiences, and access opportunities that lead to fuller, more independent lives. She also provides training for educators, helping schools build stronger partnerships with students and families.
Erin became involved with CMTA in 2010 as a volunteer and branch leader. She has been part of Camp Footprint since its inception and currently serves as the camp’s Travel Coordinator. Living with CMT1A, which she shares with her son and several family members, gives her a deep personal connection to the mission and the community she proudly serves.
She enjoys camping, kayaking, biking, and spending time outdoors with her family.
