Kylix Bio

Kylix Bio is focused on accelerating access to treatment for individuals with CMT1X and CMT4C through AAV-mediated gene replacement therapies that target the root genetic cause of disease. By advancing these programs efficiently into clinical trials, Kylix aims to shorten the timeline between scientific discovery and patient access, with the potential to slow or halt progression and preserve function. This approach is designed not only to serve these two populations, but to establish a scalable path for developing similar therapies across additional CMT subtypes.

Kylix Bio works closely with the CMTA to advance two AAV gene replacement therapy programs for CMT1X and CMT4C, building on years of CMTA-supported scientific progress. With continued guidance from the CMTA and its STAR network, Kylix is translating this foundation into clinical-stage development.
