Jacksonville, FL CMTA Branch Meeting (In-Person) with Guest Speaker

Please join us (in person) for the Jacksonville, FL CMTA Branch meeting on Saturday, September 16th at 9 am Eastern Time. We will meet at the Mayo Clinic, Cannaday Building, Room number 2-002N. The address is 4500 San Pablo Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32224. During our meeting, we will welcome guest speaker, Deoliveira Gleydiane, PT.  Gleydiane is currently a Physical Therapist at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL since 2002. She has been working on developing the PT neurological practice in the Outpatient setting, including Multiple Sclerosis, Amyotrophic Lateral Syndrome, and Muscular Dystrophy multidisciplinary clinics.  Gleydiane will be sharing with us practical tips on living with a neurological disorder. This will be a very informative meeting. It will be a great time to meet others living with CMT.
