State College, PA CMTA Branch Meeting with Guest Speaker

Please join us (via Zoom) for the State College, PA CMTA Branch meeting on Sunday, October 15th at 7:30 pm EST. We will gather virtually to welcome a guest speaker, Karli Stager, from Mount Nittany Fit for Play Rehab facility. She will share with us information on exercising.
