Jacksonville, FL CMTA Branch Meeting (In-Person) with Guest Speaker

Please join us (in person) for the Jacksonville, FL CMTA Branch meeting on Saturday, December 9th at 9 am Eastern Time. We will meet at the Cannaday Building Room 1106. The address is 4500 San Pablo Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32224. During our meeting, we will welcome guest speakers, Elliot Dimberg, M.D. and Tamara Brooks, MSW, LCSW, from the Neurology Department at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Dimberg is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Mayo Clinic.  He specializes in Neuromuscular Disease and Clinical Neurophysiology. Tamara Brooks is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently providing service at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville in the Neuroscience Department. This will be a very informative meeting. It will be a great time to meet others living with CMT. We would love for you to join us – all are welcome.
