CMTA’s virtual Lunch and Learn Community Event Series returns via Zoom on Thursday, June 27 with Exercise and Staying Active with CMT. Learn about the importance of staying active and embracing exercise in our daily lives while focusing on adaptive forms of exercise, exploring unique ways to stay active, and discussing the importance of movement. All four guest speakers and our host, Laurel Richardson, director of community outreach, are CMT community members themselves. This event is much more than a webinar.
