NEW MEXICO CMTA BRANCH MEETING (VIRTUAL) WITH GUEST SPEAKER

Please join us (via Zoom) for the next meeting of the New Mexico CMTA Branch on Saturday, August 10th at 10 am Mountain Time when we will gather virtually to hear from Julie Barnett, a certified Revelation Wellness Group Fitness Instructor, Outdoor Leader, RevX Instructor, an ACE Group Fitness Instructor, and a NETA- Certified Personal Trainer.  She has CMT2A that tries to limit her, but she puts her fitness experience and training to use by changing and modifying workouts as needed. Julie will be leading us through chair stretching.This is a wonderful opportunity to meet and network with others who have CMT. We hope you will join us for this fun meeting – all are welcome!
